FREQUENTLY ASKED / ITSC

Direct answers before the work begins.

How scope, ownership, communication, security and support work at IT Solutions Center.

01What kind of work do you accept?+

Projects and ongoing support involving web systems, automation, AI, infrastructure, email, domains, security hardening, analytics and open-source platforms.

02Do you sell fixed packages?+

Usually no. We define scope around the current state, required outcome and constraints. Repeated operational services may use a recurring plan after discovery.

03Can you take over an existing system?+

Yes, after an assessment of access, architecture, dependencies, risk and recoverability. We do not promise stability before understanding the inherited state.

04Who owns the work and accounts?+

Client-owned domains, accounts, source and production assets should remain under clear client ownership unless a written managed arrangement says otherwise.

05How do you handle security?+

We use least privilege, controlled access, backups, change discipline and appropriate hardening. Specialized offensive testing is only represented when explicitly scoped with qualified parties.

06Do you support Arabic and English experiences?+

Yes. Direction, typography, navigation and content behavior are designed per language rather than mirrored mechanically.

07What happens after launch?+

We agree on handover, documentation, monitoring, backup, maintenance and support ownership before launch—not after a problem appears.

08How do we start?+

Send the current situation and intended outcome through the contact form. We will respond with the most useful next step, which may be discovery, an audit or a scoped implementation.
