What is different here?
We test the message—not only the theoretical configuration.
DNS records may exist while the real message is signed by another domain or sent from an unauthorized IP. We therefore wait for the message before deciding.
Observed authentication
We read the observed SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verdicts and compare them with current DNS.
Type-aware checks
Campaign messages are checked for unsubscribe requirements; business correspondence is not penalized for them.
Actionable result
We prioritize issues by impact rather than giving an unexplained number or promising inbox placement.
Precise boundaries
Technical readiness does not guarantee inbox placement.
- The test cannot know recipient-specific account reputation inside Gmail or Outlook.
- The score measures what the test message and current configuration reveal.
- We do not open attachments or follow links in the message.
- Use a non-sensitive test message; never send customer data or passwords.
