    تقنية المعلومات (IT)هي استخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر لإنشاء جميع أنواع البيانات والمعلومات الإلكترونية ومعالجتها وتخزينها واستردادها وتبادلها. تُستخدم تكنولوجيا المعلومات عادةً في سياق العمليات التجارية بدلاً من التقنيات الشخصية أو الترفيهية.
    تعتبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات مجموعة فرعية من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT). نظام تكنولوجيا المعلومات هو بشكل عام نظام معلومات أو نظام اتصالات أو بشكل بتعبير أدق, نظام كمبيوتر  بما في ذلك جميع الأجهزة والبرامج والمعدات الطرفية، يتم تشغيله بواسطة مجموعة محدودة من مستخدمي تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

    ظل البشر يُخزنون المعلومات ويسترجعونها ويتلاعبون بها ويوصلونها منذ أن طور “السومريون” في بلاد ما بين النهرين الكتابة في حوالي 3000 قبل الميلاد. ومع ذلك، ظهر مصطلح “تكنولوجيا المعلومات” بمعناه الحديث لأول مرة في مقال نُشر عام 1958 في مجلة Harvard Business Review، علق المؤلفان “Harold J. Leavitt” و “Thomas L. Whisler” بأن :

    [ التكنولوجيا الجديدة ليس لها اسم واحد محدد حتى الآن. سنسميها تكنولوجيا المعلومات (IT) ]

    يتكون تعريفهم من ثلاث فئات :

    1- تقنيات المعالجة

    2- وتطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية والرياضية على اتخاذ القرار

    (IT) كل ما تريد معرفته عن مجال عمل موظف تكنولوجيا المعلومات

    ما هو IT وما الذي يعنيه هذا المجال وفرص العمل به وتخصصاته ؟

    اطلق IT كاختصار لـ Information Technology أو بمعنى آخر هي كل شيء يتعلق باستخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر والتخزين والشبكات وغيرها من الأجهزة المادية، بالإضافة أيضًا إلى عمليات البرمجة من معالجة وتخزين وتأمين وتبادل للبيانات الإلكترونية بجميع أشكال وأنواع التبادل.

    ما هو الـIT 🤔

    يندرج تحت هذا الاختصار جميع وظائف تكنولوجيا المعلومات البرمجة وإدارة الشبكات وهندسة الحاسوب، وتطوير الشبكات أيضصا و الدعم التقني أو كما يطلق عليه help desk بالإضافة إلى العديد من المهن الأخرى
    المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا و الاتصالات.

    تهتم مجالات تقنية المعلومات باستخدام الحواسيب والتطبيقات البرمجية وذلك لتحويل وتخزين وحماية و معالجة البيانات.

    ويرجع السبب في استخدام مصطلح it فى جميع المؤسسات التقنية أنه يشتمل على كلاً من التكنولوجيا الخاصة بالحاسوب و الاتصالات الهاتفية أيضًا.

    تعريف تكنولوجيا المعلومات الـ IT

    كل نظم و أدوات الكمبيوتر التي تقوم بالتعامل مع الأشكال الرمزية المعقدة من المعرفة أو مع القدرات الإدراكية الذهنية في التعلم الذكاء ، و بذلك تشكل تكنولوجيا المعلومات مظلة شاملة لكل علاقات التكنولوجيا بمعطيات الفكر الإنساني (من بيانات ، معلومات ، معرفة) وكل أنماط التوليفة المستخدمة على نطاق واسع في أنشطة معالجة و تخزين البيانات و استرجاع و عرض المعلومات بأشكالها (نصوص ، أرقام ، صو ر، أفلام ، و وسائط رقمية متعددة) و مجالات تطبيقاتها المختلفة

    أيضاً : ✅

    نطاق واسع من القدرات و المكونات للعناصر المتنوعة المستخدمة في تخزين و معالجة و توزيع المعلومات بالإضافة إلى دورها في خلق المعرفة .
    فى الواقع لا يوجد تعريف محدد لتكنولوجيا المعلومات علمياً أو حتى عملياً على المستويات العالمية أو العربية

    أو المحلية و ذلك لتعدد بيئات العمل بالمجال و الأعمال التي أنشأتها تكنولوجيا المعلومات و على الرغم من أنها تعتمد في كل مراحلها على جهاز الحاسب الآلي فان البعض يرى أنها استخدام لتكنولوجيا الحاسب.

    و أن مهنة التدقيق تجد نفسها في وضع يحتم عليها ضرورة التوافق أو التلاؤم مع هذا التحدي الذي فرض نفسه مع بداية القرن الحالي بقوة أكبر من ذي قبل .

    عالم تقنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات متجدد بسرعة كبيرة حيث يجب البحث عن الجديد دائماً للتعلم أكثر وأخذ خبرة أكبر و التطور بالتقنايات التى لديك دائماً لأن تكنولوجيا المعلومات مجال متجدد بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة حيث ما تعرفت عليه الآن سيصبح قديم بعد سنة فهو كما يقال بحر كبير من العلوم .

    حقائق عن مجال ال IT 🗺️

    تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات تحقق تحولاً كبيراً في أسواق العمل ، و تساعد على خلق فرص عمل و وظائف جديدة و تجعل أسواق العمل أكثر ابتكارا و شمولاً و عالمية.

    ثلاثة توجهات تقوم بالدفع في اتجاه هذا التحول : زيادة الربط الشبكي ، القدرة على العمل عن بعد و تعهيد العمل ، و عولمة المهارات.
    ورقة جديدة تبحث السبل التي تمكن واضعي السياسات من تعظيم الأثر الإيجابي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات على التوظيف.

    وفقاً لمذكرة جديدة عن السياسات أصدرها البنك الدولي بعنوان “الربط الشبكي من أجل العمل” : كيف يمكن أن تساعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات على زيادة فرص التوظيف”
    ثمة ثلاثة توجهات تقوم بالدفع نحو زيادة الوظائف المرتبطة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات في كافة أنحاء العالم و هي :

    زيادة الربط الشبكي : وجد أن هناك أكثر من 120 بلدا تصل فيه نسبة استخدام الهواتف المحمولة إلى أكثر من 80 في المائة بين السكان.

    تحويل المزيد من أوجه العمل إلى بيانات رقمية : اليوم ، أصبح العمل عن بعد و تعهيد مهام العمل ممارسات عمل معتادة عالميا.
    زيادة عولمة المهارات : أصبحت الهند و الفيلبين مراكز رئيسية لتعهيد مهام العمل و ذلك بفضل مهاراتهما في اللغة الإنجليزية ، بينما تضع بلدان أخرى أعينها على هذا القطاع من أجل النمو في المستقبل .

    تكنولوجيا المعلومات و سوق العمل

    تساعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات أشكالا جديدة و أكثر مرونة من التوظيف و العمل مثل :

    يمكن التعاقد على العمل عبر الإنترنت للأشخاص الذين يقوموا باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات لزيادة سبل الوصول إلى فرص العمل في مختلف أنحاء العالم ، و خاصة لأصحاب الأعمال الأصغر حجماً .

    و يشمل مقدمي الخدمات الشهيرة موقعي oDesk و Elance .
    •
    ففي عام 2012 ، تم الإعلان عن حوالي 2.5 مليون وظيفة على هذين الموقعين تتراوح تخصصاتها من الكتابة إلى خدمة العملاء إلى تطوير البرامج و المواقع .

    تشكل تحديا أمام العمالة وأصحاب العمل. وتتسم الكثير من فرص العمل التي تعتمد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات بأنها مؤقتة أو مقيدة بعقود محددة بشروط معينة ، على سبيل المثال ، مما يؤدي إلى فصل العمل عن شبكات الأمان الاجتماعي مثل التأمين الصحي أو حتى المعاشات و هكذا .
    لكنها بالنسبة للشباب على وجه الخصوص ، تقوم برسم طريق نحو مسارات مهنية أكثر رسمية ، فضلا عن أنها توفر دخولا إضافية للأفراد الذين يعملون بها .
